What a fabulous family to hang out with to take pictures. The big sister was so sweet and played with her little sister, the boys were so nice and mellow, and the parents as cool as could be. I've never met a 4-year-old that wanted her picture taken so badly. But I guess that's a great thing to experience as a photographer.

The second I saw this little guy I knew we were going to have a fun photo shoot. And we did. Although I think next time H should bring one of his Harleys.:-) Thanks to M, too, for keeping the little guy laughing and smiling the whole time as well as saving us from the crazy ducks. My goodness.

Just last summer I took photos for this fun couple and now they've moved on to becoming parents! Their little boy is very cute and it was a privilege to see their family grow and be a part of such a momentous time in their family's history.

I discovered this last week that photographing newborns is very enjoyable. How can it not be when they look this serene and pure? I think my husband put it perfectly when he said that little boy has Puss n' Boots eyes. He's gonna melt some hearts with those eyes when he gets older...

This lovely couple celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last weekend. And they're still gazing into each others' eyes. They were very cute (and the rest of the family was very nice, too:-)) and I can only hope that in 57 years I'm as successful as they are. Congratulations, you two.
